Crafted at the Herdade do Peso winery in Vidígueira, this still dry white wine is a harmonious blend of Antão Vaz, Arinto and Roupeiro. It is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to meticulously retain its inherent freshness and vibrant fruit flavours. Further ageing on lees in tank imparts an extra layer of depth and a pleasing texture.
