Wine Delivery

Standard delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most of our wines are stored in bonded warehouses. Once we receive your order, the wine is released from bond and transferred to our packaging center, where bottles will be securely repacked and despatched to you. The transfer time from bonded warehouse  is included in our delivery estimates.

Our Standard delivery costs: 

  • £7.90 for orders under £99
  • Free delivery for orders £99 and over

The final delivery cost is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address and basket contents. Any promotional delivery offers will be displayed on-site and applied automatically when you meet the conditions.

We expect all orders to most of UK postcodes to be delivered within2-6 working days from your order-confirmation email.

Deliveries to the following locations may take longer, depending on the courier:

  • Northern Ireland ( All BT postcodes ): estimated delivery time is 3–8 working days
  • Scotland Highlands and Islands ( All AB, All FK, All HS, All IV, All KW, All PA, All PH, all ZE postcodes): estimated delivery time is 4–10 working days

Your estimated delivery date appears at checkout after entering the shipping address and will be sent in your order confirmation email.

Free delivery

We offer a free UK delivery on orders over £99 after all discounts and promo codes applied.
Who will deliver my wine?

For most of the deliveries we choose DX or DPD - Fully tracked service with text and email notifications to customers.

Small orders, up to 2 bottles will be sent with Royal Mail.

Orders to Scotland Highlands will be handled to DX and delivered by 3rd party local couriers
Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

We do not offer delivery to addresses outside the UK, including the Channel Islands.

We do not deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, including addresses using BFPO numbers or postcodes beginning with BF1.

We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Hospitals

No International delivery available at the moment.
What is your Refunds & Returns policy?

If you change your mind about some or all of your order, you may cancel your order up to and including 30 calendar days after the day on which you receive your order. All the bottles are unopened and intact and the wine is in its original packaging.
