How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Every order is packed and despatched from our own stock at our fulfilment centre in Grimsby, usually within 1–3 working days, and then sent with a tracked next-working-day courier service. This is included in our delivery estimates.

Our standard delivery costs:

  • £7.90 for orders under £99
  • Free delivery for orders £99 and over

The final delivery cost is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address and basket contents. Any promotional delivery offers will be displayed on-site and applied automatically when you meet the conditions.

We expect orders to most UK postcodes to be delivered within 2–6 working days from your order confirmation email. Deliveries to the following locations may take longer:

  • Northern Ireland (all BT postcodes): estimated delivery time is 3–8 working days
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands (all AB, FK, HS, IV, KW, PA, PH and ZE postcodes): estimated delivery time is 4–10 working days

Your estimated delivery date appears at checkout after you enter your delivery address, and is included in your order confirmation email. For more information please read our Shipping policy.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Delivery is free on UK orders of £99 or more, after any discounts and promo codes are applied. Orders under £99 cost £7.90 to deliver.

Which couriers deliver my wine and how is it packed?

Once your order leaves our Grimsby fulfilment centre, it is sent with a tracked next-working-day service, and you will receive a tracking link by email.

  • Most orders: FedEx or DX
  • Single-bottle orders: Royal Mail
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands: DX, with final delivery by local courier partners

How we pack your wine

Orders of 2 or more bottles are packed in moulded pulp bottle shippers, made in the UK from recycled fibre and 100% recyclable and compostable. Single bottles are sent in a protective inflatable bottle bag.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

We do not offer delivery to addresses outside the UK, including the Channel Islands.

We do not deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, including addresses using BFPO numbers or postcodes beginning with BF1.

We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Hospitals

Can I return my order?

If you change your mind about some or all of your order, you may cancel your order up to and including 30 calendar days after the day on which you receive your order. All the bottles are unopened and intact and the wine is in its original packaging.

Do I need ID to receive my order?

Alcohol is sold only to customers aged 18 or over.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy through our third-party delivery partners. If the person receiving the order appears to be under 25, the courier may request valid photo identification to confirm they are over 18.

If valid ID cannot be provided, delivery may be refused and returned to sender.
