Villa Bucci Verdicchio Classico Superiore Castelli di Jesi DOC, Italy, is a superb organic still white wine crafted from 100% Verdicchio grapes. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled the July after the vintage to allow for optimal development, this dry wine offers a layered bouquet of Golden Delicious apples, almonds, and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is complex with a silky texture and good body, revealing ripe, round flavours of wildflower and honey, beautifully balanced by a refreshing mineral edge. This elegant wine pairs wonderfully with lean fish, poultry, or mild and soft cheeses.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks, bottled the July after the vintage as its excellent structure requires lengthier ageing before bottling.
