Vigneti Zabù Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Italy, is a vibrant red (ruby) still, dry wine crafted from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, it offers enticing aromas of red cherries, berry fruit, and delicate floral notes. The palate is warm and long-lasting, revealing hints of wildflower and supple tannins, creating a beautifully balanced and drinkable expression of Sicilian terroir. This versatile wine pairs wonderfully with a range of dishes, from rich pasta to grilled meats.

The Nero d'Avola grapes were destemmed and crushed on arrival at the winery, before fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 25°C for 10-12 days. Gentle, regular pump overs occurred every four hours during fermentation. The wine was lightly pressed and remained in stainless-steel tanks until fining and bottling.
This vibrant red wine offers enticing aromas of red cherries and berry fruit, complemented by delicate floral notes. The palate is warm and long-lasting, revealing hints of wildflower and supple tannins, creating a beautifully balanced and drinkable experience.
Serve at 16-18°C, decanting for 30 minutes to enhance its aromatic complexity.
