TYDY `TYDY` Val de Loire IGP, France, is a crisp, still White (Sauvignon Blanc) wine with an off-dry sweetness. Crafted by Thierry Delaunay, this Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless-steel tanks without oak influence, preserving its vibrant character. It offers fragrant aromas of gooseberry, pear, grapefruit, and fresh lime, with a subtle hint of tropical fruit. These bright fruit notes are beautifully mirrored on the palate, which is round and delicately sweet.
