TYDY `TYDY` Val de Loire IGP, France, is a crisp, still White (Sauvignon Blanc) wine with an off-dry sweetness. Crafted by Thierry Delaunay, this Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless-steel tanks without oak influence, preserving its vibrant character. It offers fragrant aromas of gooseberry, pear, grapefruit, and fresh lime, with a subtle hint of tropical fruit. These bright fruit notes are beautifully mirrored on the palate, which is round and delicately sweet. This wine is designed to be enjoyed young and pairs wonderfully with lean fish, poultry, or goat cheese.
75.0CL , 11.5% ABV
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were gently pressed then fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks over a period of 20 days at controlled temperatures of 16°C. After fermentation, the wine was aged on fine lees before being blended. It underwent a light filtration before bottling.
This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc offers a very expressive nose, marrying fragrant aromas of gooseberry, pear, grapefruit, and fresh lime with a subtle touch of tropical fruit. These bright fruit aromas are beautifully mirrored on the palate, which is round and framed by a delicate touch of sweetness, culminating in a crisp and balanced finish.
Serve chilled at 8-10°C to best enjoy its vibrant, youthful character.
