Terre del Buontalenti Rosato Toscana Rosato IGT from Tuscany, Italy, is a beautiful pale petal pink still Rosé wine, crafted from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. This dry wine offers floral hints of violet and lily on the nose, complemented by notes of fresh red cherry, wild strawberry, tomato leaf, and a touch of cloves. The palate is well-balanced with powerful minerality, refreshing acidity, and an elegant finish. Fermented in cement tanks and aged on fine lees, it embodies purity and freshness. Certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian, this versatile wine pairs wonderfully with light pasta dishes or poultry.

Grapes were harvested by hand and carefully sorted. The whole clusters were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the juice was naturally settled, followed by a two-day pre-fermentation cold soak at 8°C. The must was racked off the gross lees and fermented in cement tanks at 18°C over a period of 20 days. No malolactic fermentation was allowed to take place. The wine remained on its fine lees for a total of 60 days to add complexity, and then remained in temperature-controlled cement tanks until bottling.
This elegant Rosé offers a delightful bouquet of floral hints like violet and lily, intertwined with fresh red cherry, wild strawberry, and a subtle spice of cloves. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced with powerful minerality, refreshing acidity, and a wonderfully elegant finish.
Serve chilled at 10-12°C. No decanting required.
