Schloss Vollrads `Winkel` Rheingau Riesling Trocken from the Rheingau, Germany, is a superb dry white still wine crafted from 100% Riesling grapes. This certified organic wine undergoes whole bunch pressing and fermentation in stainless steel, followed by 5-6 months on lees, preserving its pure fruit character without oak influence. It offers elegant aromas of honeysuckle, pineapple, and green apple, leading to a palate of bright apricot and peach, supported by a crisp, mouthwatering acidity and a distinct mineral core. Its refreshing finish makes it a versatile companion for poultry or lean fish.

Vinification
Upon arrival at the winery, the Riesling grapes were whole bunch pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks. Fermentation took place with selected yeasts. No oak ageing or malolactic fermentation was carried out to preserve the purity of the fruit. The wine was aged on lees for 5-6 months prior to bottling to add texture and character.
