Sanama Reserva Chardonnay Requinoa, Chile is a fruit-forward, dry white still wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks for three weeks and aged for two months, this wine offers vibrant tropical aromas of peach and pineapple, with hints of pear. The palate delivers a lovely fruitiness, beautifully balanced by a generous natural acidity. This versatile wine pairs wonderfully with poultry or lean fish, making it an excellent choice for everyday enjoyment.

Vinification
Upon arrival at the winery the grapes were fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 3 weeks at temperatures between 12-14°C. The wines went through two months ageing in stainless-steel tanks before bottling.
Flavour profile
This fruit-forward Chardonnay offers vibrant tropical aromas of peach and pineapple, complemented by hints of pear. On the palate, a lovely fruitiness is beautifully balanced by a generous natural acidity, leading to a refreshing finish.
