Quinta da Romeyra `Prova Régia` Bucelas DOC, Portugal, is a vibrant still White wine. This dry wine is crafted from Arinto and Pedernā grapes, fermented in stainless steel and unoaked, with four months of lees stirring adding texture. It boasts precise aromas of ripe lemon, green apple, and subtle jasmine nuances with a marked minerality. The palate is well-balanced with a broad texture and crisp acidity, carrying bright fruit flavours to a refreshing finish. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine is excellent with seafood, light poultry, or as an aperitif.

Vinification

Upon arrival at the Quinta da Romeira winery, the grapes were cooled, carefully destemmed, and gently pressed to preserve the delicate aromatics. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 14-16°C. The wine was then aged on it's lees for four months prior to bottling.
