Principe Pallavicini Malvasia Puntinata Roma DOC, from Lazio, Italy, is a vibrant still dry white wine crafted entirely from Malvasia del Lazio grapes. Briefly macerated on skins before fermentation and aged on its lees for four to five months, this wine preserves a delicate floral profile. It offers enchanting aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle, with a refreshing palate hinting at peach and lime. This elegant white is a superb accompaniment to lean fish or light poultry dishes.

Vinification
The white Roma DOC is made from 100% Malvasia del Lazio, macerated on its skins briefly before pressing and fermentation. The final wine then ages on its lees for four to five months before bottling.
