Principe Pallavicini Frascati, from the historic Lazio region of Italy, is a delightful dry white still wine. Crafted from Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia del Lazio, Trebbiano, and Greco grapes, this wine benefits from the unique volcanic soils of the Castelli Romani area. Hand-harvested grapes undergo a short pre-fermentation skin maceration, followed by controlled fermentation to perfectly preserve its delicate floral profile. It presents delicate aromas of citrus fruit and blossom, leading to a dry palate with refreshing acidity. This vibrant and clean wine is an excellent choice for light seafood, poultry, or as a refreshing aperitif.

Vinification
Upon arrival at the winery, the hand-harvested grapes were crushed before undergoing a short pre-fermentation maceration on skins. Fermentation took place at controlled temperatures of between 14 and 16°C. The wine was then aged for a brief time in bottle.
