Ponte Pietra Trebbiano/Garganega Trebbiano-Garganega IGT, Veneto, Italy, is a vibrant dry white still wine crafted from Trebbiano and Garganega grapes. Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve freshness and fruit. It offers intense aromas of almond blossom and green apple, leading to a lively, crisp palate with notes of marzipan, honey, and fresh citrus. This versatile wine is vegan and vegetarian, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of dishes, from light appetizers to lean fish.

Vinification
The grapes were hand harvested, destemmed and crushed, then pumped to the press without the addition of sulphur. The juice was chilled immediately and naturally settled. Cultured yeasts were added to initiate fermentation, which took place at around 14°C in order to retain freshness and fruit flavours. The wine was bottled young to preserve its fresh fruit character.

This vibrant dry white wine offers intense aromas of almond blossom and green apple. On the palate, it is lively and crisp, revealing delicate notes of marzipan and honey, beautifully balanced by fresh citrus flavours that lead to a refreshing finish.
