Otronia `45 Rugientes` Corte de Blancas from Chubut, Argentina is a certified organic, vegan and vegetarian White wine. This dry blend of Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Riesling is crafted with individual fermentation in stainless steel and concrete eggs, followed by ageing in French oak barrels and concrete vats for 20 months. It reveals a vibrant aromatic profile of tropical fruits, citrus peel, and jasmine, complemented by delicate floral notes. Vinification
On arrival at the winery, the grapes were directly pressed and racked. Each of the varieties were then fermented separately in stainless steel and concrete eggs. Once blended, the wine was aged in French oak barrels and concrete vats for 20 months prior to bottling.
