Massolino Moscato d'Asti Moscato d'Asti DOCG, Italy, is a delightful sparkling white wine with a sweet profile, crafted from 100% Moscato grapes. The hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle pressing, with fermentation carefully halted at 5% ABV by chilling to preserve its vibrant aromatics and natural sweetness. This meticulous process results in a wine that opens with fresh, intense grape aromas and delicate hints of sage. On the palate, a refreshing acidity beautifully balances the inherent sweetness, creating a harmonious and appealing experience. This charming wine is perfect as an aperitif or alongside light desserts and fruit tarts.

Vinification
Once at the winery, the hand-harvested grapes underwent a gentle pressing. The juice was pumped into temperature controlled, stainless-steel pressurized tanks. Fermentation took place at 15°C to preserve the flavour and aromatics of the Moscato grapes. The fermentation was then stopped when the wine reached 5% ABV by chilling the tank to 0°C, resulting in a gently sparkling wine with a high level of residual sugar.
