Mandrarossa Zibibbo Secco Terre Siciliane IGT from Sicily, Italy, is a vibrant White still dry wine crafted from 100% Zibibbo grapes. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it offers an intense and aromatic nose of bitter almond, ripe apricot, and delicate orange blossom. The palate is complex and medium-bodied, balanced by beautiful acidity and excellent persistence. This organic, vegan, and vegetarian-friendly wine is versatile with lean fish, shellfish, or vegetarian dishes, making it a delightful choice for various occasions.

The grapes were hand harvested in the middle of September. After being crushed and destemmed, the must was immediately cooled to 5-8°C and kept at these temperatures for four to six hours. The must was then softly pressed and the juice obtained was clarified at a low temperature for 36 hours. The clear must was fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 15-20 days at 16-18°C. The wine was aged for four months in steel vats and another three months in the bottle before release.
This aromatic white wine offers an intense bouquet of bitter almond, ripe apricot, and delicate orange blossom. On the palate, it is complex and medium-bodied, showcasing a beautiful acidity and excellent persistence.
Serve chilled at 10-12°C.
