Mandrarossa `Timperosse` Petit Verdot from Sicily, Italy, is a vibrant red still wine, crafted from 100% Petit Verdot, offering a dry and refreshing experience. Fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks, this wine beautifully preserves its intense and elegant aromas of ripe cherry, black mulberries, and fresh plums, complemented by aromatic notes of rosemary and sage. On the palate, it is wonderfully fresh and lively, with soft, well-integrated tannins providing a smooth finish. This approachable yet complex wine pairs beautifully with roasted beef, succulent lamb dishes, or a rich pasta, making it a versatile and delightful expression of Sicilian winemaking.

After being crushed and destemmed, the must was immediately cooled to 5-8°C and maintained at these temperatures for four to six hours. The must was softly pressed and the juice was clarified at low temperatures for 36 hours. The clear must was fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 15-20 days at 16-18°C. The wine was aged for four months in stainless steel tanks before release.
This vibrant red wine offers an intense and elegant aromatic profile of ripe cherry, black mulberries, and fresh plums, beautifully complemented by aromatic notes of rosemary and sage. On the palate, it is wonderfully fresh and lively, balanced by soft, well-integrated tannins, providing a smooth and approachable finish.
Serve at 14-16°C. Decant for 30 minutes to enhance aromas.
