Maison Les Alexandrins Le Cabanon Syrah
A vibrant Red wine with juicy red fruit, black pepper spice, and a delicate floral lift
Maison Les Alexandrins `Le Cabanon` Syrah Northern Rhône, France, is a vibrant Red still wine, crafted dry from 95% Syrah and 5% Viognier. The grapes undergo cold pre-fermentation maceration before fermentation, then age exclusively in stainless steel vats to preserve the varietal's primary fruit aromas. This wine displays a beautiful purity of fruit with supple tannins and a juicy core, complemented by a floral lift and subtle spiciness. Aromas of redcurrant, blackberry, and black pepper lead to a palate that is both fragrant and juicy. It pairs wonderfully with roasted meats or mature cheeses.
