Les Caves de la Loire `Wally` Anjou Chenin Blanc from France is a delightful dry white (Blanc) still wine crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve its vibrant character, this wine offers enticing aromas of fresh apricot, lime, honey, and acacia flowers. Vinification
The grapes were pressed using a pneumatic press. After 10 hours, the must was racked and left on its fine lees at 8°C. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 16°C before remaining in tanks until bottling.
