Les Caves de la Loire `Wally` Anjou Chenin Blanc from France is a delightful dry white (Blanc) still wine crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve its vibrant character, this wine offers enticing aromas of fresh apricot, lime, honey, and acacia flowers. The palate is bright and refreshing, revealing flavours of pure fruit and roasted nuts, all balanced by excellent acidity and a lovely texture. This rich yet refreshing wine is a versatile choice, pairing wonderfully with poultry, lean fish, or goat cheese.

Vinification
The grapes were pressed using a pneumatic press. After 10 hours, the must was racked and left on its fine lees at 8°C. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 16°C before remaining in tanks until bottling.
