La Giustiniana `Lugarara` Gavi DOCG, Piemonte, Italy, is a vibrant still White wine crafted from 100% Cortese grapes. This dry expression offers immediately beguiling aromas of white fruit, stone fruit, and lime zest, followed by a subtle yet persistent bouquet of green apples. The palate is well-balanced with fresh acidity and impressive structure, culminating in lingering almond notes. Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and unoaked, it highlights the pure character of the Lugarara vineyard. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, or light pasta dishes.

Vinification
The grapes were hand picked and gently pressed upon arrival at the winery. They then underwent a cool fermentation in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks at 16°C, which lasted two weeks. Unoaked, the wine was bottled in the spring following the harvest.
Flavour profile
This Gavi di Gavi offers immediately beguiling aromas of white and stone fruits, complemented by bright lime zest and a subtle hint of green apples. The palate is well-balanced with refreshing acidity, leading to an impressive structure and a lingering finish of delicate almond notes.
