Kim Crawford `Spitfire` Small Parcels from Marlborough, New Zealand, is a vibrant White (still) Sauvignon Blanc, crafted in a dry style. The winemaking process involves slow, cool fermentation with selected yeasts to enhance its fruit profile, utilising only the finest grapes from small parcels. This intense wine offers lifted aromatics of tropical fruit, leading to a complex palate bursting with ripe tropical fruits and grapefruit, underpinned by distinct mineral notes and a crisp, lingering acidity. It pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, goat cheese, or poultry, making it a versatile choice for various occasions.

Vinification
Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit was crushed, and the juice was drained and pressed straight away. Fermentation was slow and cool, with a selected yeast to accentuate the fruit profile. Only the best grapes from the vineyard were selected for the Small Parcels bottling.
