Kim Crawford Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand is a vibrant Dry White wine, crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Renowned for its distinctive style, this wine is fermented in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its fresh character. It offers an aromatic explosion of passion fruit, guava, and zesty citrus, with a hint of crushed herbs. The palate delivers ripe tropical fruit flavours, including passion fruit, nectarine, and grapefruit, balanced by lively acidity and a persistent finish. This versatile wine is perfect with seafood or light salads.

Upon arrival at the winery the fruit was crushed and pressed. Fermentation was cool and slow, with a variety of selected yeast chosen to express the natural characters of the Sauvignon Blanc. All parcels were fermented and held in stainless-steel tanks until bottling.
This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc offers an aromatic explosion of passion fruit and guava, complemented by zesty citrus and a hint of crushed herbs. On the palate, ripe tropical fruit flavours, including passion fruit, nectarine, and grapefruit, are balanced by a lively acidity and a persistent finish.
