Kanakaris, NOTOS Roditis from Aigialeia, Greece, is a still, dry white wine crafted from the indigenous Roditis grape, which accounts for 80% of vineyard plantings in the region. Hand-harvested and vinified in stainless-steel tanks, this wine captures the essence of its mountainous Peloponnese vineyards, planted between 450 and 700 metres above sea level. It presents a fresh, crisp profile brimming with vibrant citrus and tropical fruit notes, offering an approachable and expressive drinking experience. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with lean fish, shellfish, poultry, and light vegetarian dishes, reflecting the unique terroir of Aigialeia.
