Jean-Marc Burgaud `Les Charmes` Morgon AOC from Morgon, Beaujolais, France, is a superb dry Red wine (a vibrant Beaujolais) crafted from Gamay grapes. This wine undergoes 100% whole bunch fermentation and is aged unoaked in concrete tanks, reflecting Jean-Marc's 'la vraie vinification Beaujolaise'. It offers an expressive dark fruit character, showcasing lovely richness, lifted acidity, and a finely-grained tannic structure that leads to an intense, long finish. A versatile choice, it pairs wonderfully with poultry, cured meats, or mild cheeses. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
