Heirloom Vineyards Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir from Australia is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Hand-harvested and meticulously sorted, the grapes underwent natural fermentation in open top tanks before aging in second and third use French oak barriques for a few months. This wine offers bright aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, mint, and forest floor. The palate reveals crunchy flavours of black cherry and plum, complemented by subtle cedar and pepper notes, all supported by fresh acidity and supple tannins. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with poultry, mushroom dishes, or mild cheeses.

The grapes were harvested by hand and then underwent meticulous sorting bunch by bunch at the winery. Fermentation took place naturally in open top tanks before racking to a basket press. The wine was aged in second and third use French oak barriques for a few months.
This Pinot Noir offers bright, crunchy red fruit aromas of raspberry and cranberry, complemented by hints of mint and an earthy mushroom character. On the palate, expect vibrant flavours of black cherry and plum, with subtle notes of cedar and pepper from oak aging, all balanced by fresh acidity and fine, supple tannins.
Serve lightly chilled at 14-16°C. No decanting required for this vibrant red.
