Giovanni Almondo `Bricco Ciliegie` Arneis Roero Arneis DOCG, Piemonte, Italy, is a vibrant, still White wine crafted from 100% Arneis grapes. This dry wine undergoes fermentation and six months of ageing in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats on its fine lees with periodic battonage, preserving its fresh character. It offers distinctive aromatics of tangerine peel, marzipan, and jasmine, leading to a medium-bodied palate with elegant flavours of lemon peel, white flowers, and green pear. Its great length and refined texture make it a versatile choice for various dishes. This wine is also certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian.

Vinification
Grapes were hand picked and fully destemmed before they were gently pressed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel vats with a combination of indigenous and selected yeasts. The wine was aged for a six months in the same stainless steel vats on its fine lees with periodic battonage every two weeks.
Flavour profile
This vibrant Arneis offers distinctive aromatics of tangerine, marzipan, and jasmine. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with elegant flavours of lemon peel, white flowers, and green pear, leading to a long and refined finish.

Serve chilled at 10-12°C to best enjoy its vibrant aromatics and crisp finish. No decanting needed.
