Gabriëlskloof Whole Bunch Syrah from Bot River, South Africa, is a vibrant and pure still red wine crafted from 100% Syrah grapes. This dry wine undergoes whole bunch fermentation and is aged in stainless steel to preserve its lively fruit character. It offers vivid aromas of violets, bramble, and black pepper, leading to a juicy palate with crunchy acidity and a peppery, savoury finish. A versatile choice, it pairs wonderfully with roasted lamb or hearty vegetarian dishes. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Vinification
All of the Syrah grapes were picked by hand and whole bunch fermented for ten days to accentuate the variety's primary aromas. Inclusion of stems provided additional structure and freshness. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for eight months prior to bottling to retain the wine's fruit purity.
