Fermented with indigenous yeast in French oak barrels and clay amphorae, it boasts a rich mouthfeel. The wine offers aromas of subtle peach, apricot, honeysuckle, and citrus peel. Its opulent palate delivers glossy stone fruit, balanced by refreshing acidity and a mineral core, with hints of almond, buttered toast, and smoke on the long finish. This vegan and vegetarian wine is a versatile partner for poultry, rich fish, or mild cheeses.

Vinification
The grapes were whole bunch pressed with no additions. After an overnight rough settling in tank, the juice was split between French oak barrels and clay amphorae, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeast. The wine remained in oak and clay before bottling, lending rich mouthfeel to the finished wine.
