Franz Haas Gewürztraminer Bolzano, Italy is a captivating Still White wine, offering a dry and aromatic experience. Crafted from 100% Gewürztraminer grapes, the must undergoes a brief maceration before low-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel vats, followed by six months of maturation on lees with frequent bâtonnage to enhance texture and complexity. This wine boasts a complex bouquet of lychee, orange peel, and rose, with spiced notes of clove and nutmeg. The vivacious palate is full-bodied and wonderfully structured, featuring lingering almond notes and a vibrant acidity on the finish. This wine is also vegan and vegetarian friendly, pairing wonderfully with aromatic dishes or mild cheeses.

Vinification
After a brief period of maceration, the must was fermented at low temperatures in stainless-steel vats. The wine then matured on its lees - with frequent bâtonnage - for about six months before bottling, to add texture and complexity.
