Framingham Classic Riesling from Marlborough, New Zealand, Appellation Marlborough Wine AMW, is a vibrant still white wine. Crafted from hand-selected Riesling parcels, a small portion is fermented and aged in acacia barrels, with all components aged on full ferment lees for five months. It offers aromatics of mandarin pith, red apple, and dried stone fruits. The palate is intense and focused, revealing orange and stone fruit flavours balanced by juicy acidity and an elegant texture. This dry, certified organic wine is a versatile choice, pairing beautifully with poultry, spicy dishes, or appetizers.

Each parcel was hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Juices were predominately fermented in stainless steel tanks with a small portion fermented and aged in acacia barrels. All components were aged on full ferment leeswithout S02 for around 5 months prior to being blended and bottled.
