Finca Flichman Dedicado, `Gran Corte` from Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina, is a captivating Red still dry wine crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Syrah. This exquisite wine undergoes 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels, followed by a further eight months in bottle, developing rich aromas of blackberries, lavender, and chocolate with a hint of black pepper. The palate is full and plush with soft tannins, offering a luxurious and complex tasting experience. Vinification
All grapes were harvested by hand and then fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 15-20 days at a maximum temperature of 28°C. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and for a further eight months in bottle.
