Serve at 16-18°C. Decant for 30-60 minutes before serving to allow it to open up.
Winemaking
All grapes were harvested by hand and then fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 15-20 days at a maximum temperature of 28°C. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and for a further eight months in bottle.
