Famille Perrin Luberon Blanc from Luberon, France, is a vibrant still white (Blanc) wine crafted from a blend of Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc, Ugni Blanc, and Roussanne. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve its fresh aromatics, this dry wine offers enticing aromas of lemon, citrus blossom, and red apple. The palate is refreshing and bright, showcasing zesty acidity, ripe peach flavours, and a distinctive mineral finish. Its lively character makes it a superb choice for lean fish, poultry, or a variety of vegetarian dishes.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested at optimal maturity. Once at the winery, they were gently pressed using a pneumatic press and the must settled. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures, to retain each varietal’s aromatics and fresh fruit flavours. The wine then remained in tank until bottling and release.
