Goats do Roam `Goats do Roam` White from Paarl, South Africa, is a delightful still white wine (blanc) crafted from a Rhône-style blend of Viognier, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc. This dry wine is cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, with components left on their lees to enhance complexity. It offers layered aromas of fresh florals, apricot, and lemon, leading to a palate bursting with ripe tropical flavours of mango, Asian pear, and white peach, balanced by a zesty acidity. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were de-stemmed, crushed and then gently pressed. Only free run juice was used, and the individual vineyard parcels were kept separate. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks and the individual components were left on their lees prior to blending and bottling.
