Dominique Morel Fleurie from Fleurie, France, is an elegant Red still dry wine crafted primarily from Gamay grapes. The winemaking involves semi-carbonic maceration and maturation in stainless-steel tanks, preserving its vibrant character. It offers fragrant violet and red fruit aromas, leading to a palate bursting with bright fruit and supple tannins, culminating in a long, persistent finish. This delicate wine is a versatile choice, pairing beautifully with poultry, cured meats, or mild cheeses. Dominique Morel's philosophy focuses on producing wines with plenty of fruit, good colour, and a rounded mouthfeel, reflecting the unique terroir of Fleurie's granite soils and old vines.

Pre-fermentation maceration of whole bunches was followed by semi-carbonic maceration (70% whole bunch, 30% destemmed grapes) for seven to eight days. The wine was handled gently with minimum intervention and remained in temperature controlled stainless-steel tanks on fine lees for five to six months until bottling.
