Dominique Morel Beaujolais Blanc Beaujolais, France. This still, dry White wine, made from Chardonnay grapes, is fermented in stainless-steel tanks and aged on fine lees for four to five months, creating texture and roundness. It displays vibrant citrus and white stone fruit aromas with delicate blossom hints. The palate is fresh and rounded, balanced by crisp acidity and excellent fruit concentration. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with poultry or lean fish.

Vinification
Harvest took place early in the morning to take advantage of the cool night-time temperatures and preserve freshness in the Chardonnay grapes. Upon arrival at the winery, they were gently pressed before undergoing fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation before spending four to five months on fine lees, to add complexity and texture.
