Vinification
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were directly pressed. The juice was left to settle before going into a combination of stainless steel vats and oak barrels for fermentation. After malolactic fermentation finished, the wine was aged for another 12-15 months, 40% of which was aged in used oak barrels.
