Domaine Stéphane Aladame Crémant de Bourgogne Extra Brut from Bourgogne, France, is a delightful White sparkling wine. Crafted from Aligoté and Chardonnay grapes, this dry wine undergoes traditional method vinification, with hand-harvested grapes gently pressed and a second fermentation in bottle, followed by 15 months ageing on lees. It reveals expressive aromas of acacia, white fruits, and hints of fresh white peach, complemented by floral and citrus notes. On the palate, a very fine bubble introduces wonderful minerality, a fresh and crisp character, and a long, refreshing finish. Perfect as an aperitif or with light appetizers.

Vinification
The grapes were hand harvested before whole clusters were gently pressed using a pneumatic press. The first fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Second fermentation took place in bottle and the wine spent 15 months ageing on lees before disgorgement and a final dosage was added.

This Crémant de Bourgogne offers expressive aromas of acacia and an abundance of white fruits, complemented by subtle floral and citrus notes. On the palate, a very fine bubble reveals wonderful minerality, a fresh and crisp character, and a long, refreshing finish with hints of white peach.

Serve well chilled at 6-8°C to best enjoy its crisp freshness and fine bubbles. No decanting needed.
