Domaine Rolly Gassmann Riesling Alsace AOC, Alsace, France is a delightful White still wine, off-dry in style. Crafted from 100% Riesling grapes, this wine undergoes gentle pressing, long fermentations with indigenous yeasts, and extended lees ageing, contributing to its concentrated and complex character. On the nose, it offers expressive notes of white and yellow flowers and fresh citrus fruit. The palate reveals fresh stone fruit characters, balanced by a vibrant acidity and a touch of salinity on the finish. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with poultry, spicy dishes, appetizers, and mild cheeses.

Vinification
As the cellar is located only 500 metres from the vineyard, the grapes reached in winery in pristine condition. Upon arrival the fruit was gently pressed before undergoing fermentation at controlled temperatures, using indigenous yeasts. The wine then spent time on its lees, to add texture and complexity and continued to age in the cellar before bottling and release.
