Domaine Rolet Arbois Chardonnay from France is a still, dry white (Blanc) wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Following fermentation in stainless steel, the wine matures for 18 months in 228-litre oak barrels, with 30% new oak, imparting a Burgundian elegance. It opens with attractive flintiness and intense aromas of acacia, peach, and pear. The palate reveals delightful notes of citrus, honey, and toasted almonds, all balanced by a mineral-driven freshness. This versatile wine is excellent with poultry, rich fish, or mild cheeses, reflecting the best of the Jura region's modern winemaking.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested and sorted by hand. Once at the winery, the grapes were whole bunch pressed and malolactic fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine spends 18 months in 228-litre oak barrels, of which 30% are new.
