Domaine Perraud Saint-Véran Saint-Véran AOC, France, is a certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian still White wine made from Chardonnay grapes. After a long ferment using wild yeasts in stainless-steel tanks, it underwent malolactic fermentation and matured on its lees for 12 months. It offers inviting aromas of peach and white flowers, leading to a smooth, rounded palate with creamy stone fruit and a honey-like texture, balanced by crisp acidity and a long, fresh finish. This full-bodied, dry wine pairs wonderfully with poultry, rich fish, or mild cheeses.

Vinification
After a long ferment using wild yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation. It then matured on its lees for a further 12 months prior to bottling.
