Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot Bourgogne Blanc France is an elegant dry White still wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Sourced predominantly from 60-year-old Puligny Montrachet vines, with 25% from Volnay, the grapes are whole bunch pressed and fermented in 350-litre oak barrels, 25% new. This vinification method imparts outstanding balance and a lovely grainy texture, with the oak worn lightly. Expect delicate aromas of apple and pear, complemented by subtle vanilla notes, leading to a refined palate with excellent length. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with poultry, lean fish, or mild cheeses.
