Vinification
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were pressed before undergoing fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, to avoid oxidation and to preserve the fresh aromatics. The wine remained on its fine lees for a few months to add weight to the palate and roundness to the finish.
