Domaine des Bosquets, `Séguret` Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Côtes du Rhône Villages Séguret AOC France, offers a captivating Red (still) dry wine. Crafted from Grenache and Syrah, the grapes are hand-picked and destemmed, with Grenache aged in concrete and Syrah in 228-litre Burgundian barrels for 12 months. This wine displays intense aromas of ripe blackberry, lavender, and black pepper. On the palate, well-defined fruit is complemented by silky tannins and juicy acidity, making it a versatile companion for roasted lamb or hearty stews. This wine is vegan and vegetarian friendly, though uncertified organic.

Vinification
The grapes were hand picked, destemmed and crushed. The grapes underwent a cold maceration prior to alcoholic fermentation, which took place at 28°C in stainless steel tanks. Rack and returns were carried out at the start of fermentation, this was followed by an extended gentle maceration with short pump overs to obtain silky tannins. Total maceration time was 32 days. The Grenache component was aged in concrete tanks, while the Syrah was aged in 228 litre Burgundian barrels for 12 months. The wines were blended and bottled, and released after six months of bottle ageing.
