Domaine Corsin Saint-Véran `Tirage Précoce` Saint-Véran AOC, France. This still, dry White (Chardonnay) wine is unoaked, cold fermented in stainless steel, and matured on fine lees for eight months, enhancing its texture. It offers distinct citrus and ripe stone fruit aromas, leading to a full, complex palate with refreshing acidity and a lasting minerality. A versatile choice, it pairs wonderfully with poultry or lean fish. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Vinification
The Tirage Précoce Saint Véran, which translates as “early racking”, is unique to Domaine Corsin. The grapes are harvested by hand before being gently pressed and cold fermented in stainless-steel tanks. The wine is unoaked and matured on fine lees for 8 months until it is ready for bottling.
