Cuevas de Arom `Altas Parcelas` Calatayud Garnacha from Spain is a captivating Red (still) wine, offering a dry and elegant expression of the Garnacha grape. Crafted with a focus on freshness and purity, the grapes are hand-harvested from high-altitude vineyards, then fermented in open-top cement tanks with ambient yeasts, including 30% whole bunches, before ageing for 14 months in cement vessels. This meticulous process results in a superbly balanced wine with bright and fragrant aromas of blackcurrant, white pepper, and thyme. On the palate, it delivers beautiful freshness and a supple texture, supported by firm, fine-grained tannins. A versatile choice, it pairs wonderfully with roasted meats, poultry, or mature cheeses. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

The grapes were hand harvested at the end of September ahead of being transported to the winery. Fermentation took place in open-top cement tanks using ambient yeast, lasting 40 days, with a daily manual punch down. The wine was aged for 14 months in cement vessels.
This Garnacha offers a bright and fragrant aromatic profile, showcasing distinct notes of blackcurrant, white pepper, and thyme. On the palate, it delivers a superbly balanced expression with a beautiful freshness, supported by firm yet elegant tannins.
Serve at 14-16°C. Decant for 30 minutes to an hour to allow its complex aromas to unfold.
