Crafted from Brachetto grapes, it undergoes a meticulous vinification process involving skin maceration for colour, fermentation in pressurised tanks, and early filtration to achieve its delicate perlage. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine presents bright aromas of roses and raspberries, leading to a slightly sweet, persistent mousse on the palate with a characteristic bittersweet finish. The grapes were manually selected and, following destemming, were macerated on the sinks for two to three days to extract the desired colour. After clarification, the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled, pressurised tanks. When it has reached 5% alcohol content, it is interrupted through filtration and delicate perlage.
