Circulade Vermentino Vicomté d'Aumelas from Languedoc, France, is a vibrant dry white wine crafted from 100% Vermentino grapes. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve its fresh aromatics, this still wine offers lively aromas of citrus and peach fruit. The palate is bright and refreshing, showcasing crisp citrus flavours balanced by a vibrant acidity, leading to a clean finish. Vinification
Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit was gently pressed in order to retain the fresh fruit flavours and acidity. The juice was then transferred to temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and cold settled, before undergoing cool fermentation at around 15 degrees celsius to preserve the fresh aromatics. The wine remained in tank before bottling in the spring following the harvest.
