Circulade Grenache Blanc Pays d'Oc IGP from Languedoc, France, is a vibrant dry White wine crafted from Grenache Blanc grapes. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve its fresh aromatics and fruit purity, this unoaked wine offers expressive citrus fruit character with delicate hints of white peach, culminating in a refreshing finish and lively acidity. It is a versatile choice, perfect with a variety of dishes. This wine is also vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Vinification
Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit was gently pressed in order to retain the fresh fruit flavours and acidity. The juice was then transferred to temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and cold settled, before undergoing cool fermentation at around 15 degrees celsius to preserve the fresh aromatics. The wine remained in tank before bottling in the spring following the harvest.
