Vinification
For this parcel selection wine, the grapes were picked at night to preserve all the freshness of the fruit. Vinification then took place in controlled temperatures, with the objective of preserving the freshness of the aromas, before short ageing on fine lees.

This elegant rosé offers enticing aromas of raspberries, cherries, peach, and fresh melon, evolving into more complex notes of lychee and cherry blossom. The palate is dry with crisp acidity, fleshy and full-bodied, delivering delicious peach, apricot, and lychee flavours with a long, fresh, and saline finish.
